Prior to joining the company, Ron dedicated 30 years to pastoral work. His hobbies include engaging in religious activities, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Brad hails from Sioux Falls, SD, and has recently moved to the Rapid City area to work with us. Before joining the company, Brad operated his own construction business and brings over 13 years of experience in the construction industry. His hobbies include collecting guns and working on vehicles.

Ryan is originally from Mitchell, SD, and has been living in the Rapid City area for 11 years. He has been part of the Hays Contracting team for almost 8 years, with a total of 10 years’ experience in construction. His hobbies include long-range shooting, off-roading, and real estate investing.
